Shipping Policy
At Viunix, we partner with leading international shipping companies like FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS. These collaborations allow us to deliver products straight to your door, and we’re proud to offer a flat-rate shipping price worldwide.
Order Processing
- Payments: Your payment is charged as soon as you place your order. All payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping, which may take a few days.
Shipping Process
- Processing Time: We typically need 1-3 business days to process your order and hand it over to the sorting center. During peak times, especially around holidays, this may extend to up to 5 days.
- Address Changes: Once processing begins, no changes can be made. We ship to the address provided at checkout.
- Business Days: We only ship on business days. No shipping occurs on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.
- Multiple Items: Orders with multiple items may ship separately and arrive at different times, depending on our manufacturing partners’ locations.
Tracking
- Updates: All orders come with tracking numbers. You’ll get an email with your tracking number once your order is handed to the carrier. Note that it may take a few days for tracking updates to appear.
Delivery

Delivery Times: Delivery times vary by country or region, and we can’t guarantee specific dates. Here are our estimated delivery times for guidance:
- Germany, Austria, and Switzerland: 3-7 business days
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- International: 7-14 business days
- External Factors: Delivery times can be affected by things beyond our control, like postal or customs delays, holidays, bad weather, etc. Viunix isn’t responsible for such delays.
Duties, Taxes, and Fees
- International Shipments: Orders shipped internationally may incur import taxes, duties, and/or customs fees once they reach the destination country. These costs are the recipient’s responsibility. Viunix has no control over these fees and can’t predict their amount.
- Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused, you’re responsible for the original shipping costs, any import fees, and return shipping costs.
Package Issues
- Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages: Viunix isn’t liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If your order shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact the shipping carrier.
- Claims: When making claims, ensure you provide timestamp info from the tracking link and the carrier’s delivery confirmation.
Address Accuracy
- It’s super important to enter the correct shipping address when ordering. We start processing your order right away and can’t make changes once it’s in the shipping phase.
